Q. How do I sell my miles?

A. It's simple. Please read our instruction page for the easy instructions. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to call us, or direct your inquiries to info@sellingmiles.com.

Q. How long will it take before my miles are sold?

A.Many times we have an order ready to be issued right away, but on average, it should take between 2-3 weeks to sell your miles. Sellers are entered into our database in the order that the listings are received. When your name appears at the top of our list, you will be contacted as soon as we receive an order for the miles that you have listed with us.

Q. How do I get paid?

A. You will receive a guaranteed funds cashier's check the very next day via Fed Ex overnight shipment, or we can directly deposit into your banking account. Just to ease any anxiety you may be having about receiving your payment, it is helpful to know that if for any reason you should happen to not receive your check, you can always cancel the order, and redeposit the miles back into your account. Of course we would not be in good standing with the BBB if this were ever the case.

Q. Is selling airline miles legal?

A. There is no federal or state law restricting the sale or barter of frequent flyer miles (Utah being the exception), but it is against airline policy. For more information please read our page regarding Jet Set Travel's commitment to mileage holders and mileage account safety.

Q. How many miles do I need in order to list?

A. You must have at least 25,000 miles in your account in order to list your miles with us. This is based upon the airline's minimum mileage requirement in order to issue an award ticket.
